I’ve had to live with what happens after the planning meeting.
I’ve spent years leading planning sessions, strategy conversations, and teams from inside businesses. And the work didn’t end when everyone left the room. I’ve seen planning conversations lead to real decisions that changed where a business invested, what leaders focused on, and what happened next.
I’ve also seen teams spend hours talking, create an impressive list of priorities, and then return to business as usual. Over time, I learned that the difference isn’t usually a better agenda.
It’s knowing which conversations are worth having. When to go deeper. When the team is avoiding the real decision. When an interesting discussion isn’t actually going to change anything. And when a plan still isn’t specific enough to drive results.
That experience is what I’ll bring to this session.
